Service Description
After the sun rises, meet yourself in your practice. Join us for a Saturday "rising" class to return to your body, elevate your vibration and surrender into your sacred devotion. Sometimes we carry the stressors and tension from the week into our weekend, and struggle to be present. Give yourself permission to roll out your mat, quiet the mind and return to alignment within. You'll leave the studio refreshed, recharged and ready to soak in your weekend. All levels welcomed. This class will be guided by a rotation of Haven teachers. This is a great opportunity to explore our wonderful teachers and receive their unique frequencies!
Class registration no later than ONE hour prior to class start time. Class cancellation/reschedule no later than ONE hour prior to class start time (if within the hour window please send an email to hello@havenwellnessstudionh.com to notify teacher). NO refunds or credits will be given for cancellations or reschedule requests for events, workshops or ceremonies if within TWO hours of start time. At Haven Wellness Studio, each class is created with intention, care, and energetic preparation by our teachers. To support this process, we kindly encourage students to register in advance, as early sign-ups allow teachers to prepare and show up fully present for the collective. In honor of the energy poured into each offering, a minimum of THREE registered students is required for a class to be held. This ensures the experience remains grounded, reciprocal, and supportive for both the teacher and the group. If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment, Haven Wellness Studio will provide at least one hour notice to registered students if the class needs to be canceled due to low attendance, whenever possible. We believe the success of each class is rooted in shared dedication - the commitment of the teacher to prepare and hold space, and the commitment of the student to show up with intention. When this mutual devotion is honored, the container becomes more receptive, impactful, and nourishing for all. Advance registration helps ensure classes can move forward as scheduled.
