MEET OUR TEACHERS!

Kayla Wetherbee
SACRED FLOW | MON/TUES/THURS 9 -10AM
GENTLE EVENING RESET | WED 6 - 7PM
SACRED SISTER [ WOMEN'S CIRCLE ]
2ND FRIDAY EVENING OF EACH MONTH
Kayla’s relationship with yoga is deeply reverent and rooted in devotion. She fell in love with the practice during her teacher training, a time when yoga opened a sacred inner space she didn’t yet know existed and guided her home during a season of profound disconnection. Through this practice, she rediscovered her inner sanctuary and illuminated the path to her dharma.
With trainings in yoga, breathwork, and hypnotherapy, Kayla holds compassionate, grounded space for those curious to explore their inner landscape, reconnect with their hearts, and return home to themselves. Her classes weave intentional mindfulness with gentle guidance back into the body, cultivating awareness, connection, and alignment. A beautiful invitation to remember the light that already lives within.
Kayla’s intention is to create a space where students feel safe to soften, to listen, and to meet themselves exactly as they are. She believes the practice is not about becoming something new, but about remembering what has always been there - offering each student a steady invitation to come home to their body, their breath, and their truth.

She teaches from the belief that yoga is not a work-out, but a pathway back to the medicine of wholeness.
Bright, welcoming, and deeply supportive, Kelcey creates spaces where beginners and seasoned students alike feel at ease, encouraged, and are gently invited to walk the path of presence together.

Jennifer Smith
EMBODIED FLOW | TUES/THURS 7:30-8:30AM
I started my yoga journey 25 years ago as a teenager when I sought yoga as a means of exercise. I mostly practiced vinyasa styles that worked the body hard and fast. Later in my twenties I turned to yoga to as a means to help cope with challenging life experiences.
I learned and practiced pranayama and meditation along with asana and developed a more wholistic approach to yoga that ultimately helped keep my head above water when times were really tough. I began to understand the deep physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits of yoga which became deeply rooted in my daily life and continues to be my anchor today.
I believe in the powers of the 8 limbs of yoga and have been immensely changed by this practice. I truly love sharing the beauty of this practice with others and aim to construct classes that are accessible to all, that draws from different types of practices to create a well rounded class that leaves everyone with a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around us. But, most Importantly, I continue to be a student of yoga and seeker of truth.

Her teaching is rooted in presence, awareness, and the belief that slowing down is not a luxury, but a necessity.

Linda Sullivan
GENTLE MORNING RESET | WED 9 - 10AM
Yoga has been my lifelong anchor - a place of celebration, sanctuary, and self-discovery. After years in the corporate finance world, I found my true calling in teaching yoga, completing my 500-hour advanced certification in 2017. I believe yoga belongs to all of us without regard to physical ability, age or background. It meets us exactly where we are and lovingly reminds us that we do not need to fix or change anything. We are
already whole, worthy, and complete just as we are.
When you come to my class you can expect functional, mindful and playful practices that are a joyful exploration of movement, leaving you feeling stronger, calmer and more at home in your body. I strive to create an environment of acceptance and connection, where we can move, breathe, and support each other in community.
Join me and discover the strength, peace, and belonging that yoga can bring.
