A Somatic Upgrade: students are guided through a deliberate blend of classic asana and "neuro-hacks." By incorporating lymphatic drainage techniques, visual-vestibular drills, and Vagus nerve regulation, this helps practitioners clear physical congestion and recalibrate their nervous systems. Our mission is simple: to help you move out of "fight-or-flight" and into a state of high-performance clarity. Whether you are looking to sharpen your mental focus, boost your immunity, or simply find a deeper sense of ease in your own skin, Shivani provides the tools to help you "upgrade" your body from the inside out. When you come to my class, you'll find a sanctuary to navigate life's chaos through a blend of intentional movement, mantra, and restorative silence. Expect to feel both grounded and empowered as we explore this ancient practice together, growing side-by-side as lifelong students.
Cancellation Policy
Class registration no later than ONE hour prior to class start time. Class cancellation/reschedule no later than ONE hour prior to class start time (if within the hour window please send an email to hello@havenwellnessstudionh.com to notify teacher). NO refunds or credits will be given for cancellations or reschedule requests for events, workshops or ceremonies if within TWO hours of start time. At Haven Wellness Studio, each class is created with intention, care, and energetic preparation by our teachers. To support this process, we kindly encourage students to register in advance, as early sign-ups allow teachers to prepare and show up fully present for the collective. We believe the success of each class is rooted in shared dedication - the commitment of the teacher to prepare and hold space, and the commitment of the student to show up with intention. When this mutual devotion is honored, the container becomes more receptive, impactful, and nourishing for all.
