Service Description
Give yourself permission to slow down and begin your Sunday with a little time just for you. Sunday Sanctuary is a peaceful 75-minute practice combining Yin Yoga, breath awareness, and Yoga Nidra. We’ll begin by arriving and centering, then move through a series of Yin postures that invite the body to soften and release. We’ll close with 15 minutes of Yoga Nidra and Savasana, creating space for deep rest and relaxation. Whether you’re looking to release tension, quiet a busy mind, or simply create a more intentional start to your Sunday, this practice offers an opportunity to pause, reconnect, and restore. All levels and experience are welcome. Come as you are, settle in, and give yourself the gift of a peaceful Sunday morning. STUDIO POLICY
ALL classes MUST BE RESERVED online via our website or app. Booking window CLOSES 1 HOUR prior to class start time. CANCELLATION POLICY: NO credit or refund will be given if within the hour of class time. If you need to cancel within an hour of class time, please kindly email hello@havenwellnessstudionh.com so the teacher can be informed. NO credit/refund will be honored for "no shows" *EVENTS/WORKSHOPS/CEREMONIES* Booking window closes 2 HOURS prior to start time. Cancellations with 24 hour notice or more will receive a full credit or full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will be issued a credit towards a future offering if an attempt is made to contact studio owner via email to inform of cancellation (hello@havenwellnessstudionh.com). If no attempt is made there will be NO refunds or credits given. NO refunds or credits will be honored for "no shows". Cancellation requests within 2 hours of event will also result in NO credit/ refund. In the event the studio decides to cancel an event due to low attendance (less than 4) the studio will honor a full refund. At Haven Wellness Studio, each class is created with intention, care, and energetic preparation by our teachers. To support this process, we kindly encourage students to register in advance, as early sign-ups allow teachers to prepare and show up fully present for the collective. We believe the success of each class is rooted in shared dedication - the commitment of the teacher to prepare and hold space, and the commitment of the student to show up with intention. When this mutual devotion is honored, the container becomes more receptive, impactful, and nourishing for all.
